We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% the price of your scheduled appointment. Please review this cancellation policy before booking your appointment with Pro Lash + Skin Studio. A credit card is required on file to book an appointment. Cancellations under 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service. No call/no shows will also be charged 100% of the service. This is enforced to cover the loss of earnings from your appointment that can't be filled on short notice. Please arrive on time, as you have a designated time slot. Lateness will erode into your appointment time and I cannot, and will not overrun to accommodate your lateness. Your appointment will still be charged at full price. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule and you will be charged a no-show fee. Sick Policy: If you are feeling sick prior to your appointment or have any COVID-19 related symptoms, please reschedule in a timely manner. Late cancellation policy still applies when sick.
